all sales are final.

We do NOT offer refunds on PDF downloads
once the file has been delivered.

WHY NO REFUNDS?
Digital files are delivered instantly
and cannot be returned once downloaded.

EXCEPTION:
If you did not receive your download link
or the file is corrupted, contact us within
48 hours and we will resend it immediately.
